The Yule Magickal Gift Exchange is a favorite tradition! To participate, bring a gift, magickal in nature, with a value of no more than $20. It doesn’t need to be new. You can bring a magickal item that you’ve completed your work with to move on to another owner, or you can bring a handmade gift. Gifts can be tarot decks, crystals, ritual tools, incense, or whatever feels right to you. Please write a small note about the magickal significance of the item to you. Wrap the note and gift together and bring it wrapped with you.⁠

We’ll have a small ritual involving opening a circle, sharing our wishes for the next year, and releasing what no longer serves us into the darkness of the solstice. Then we’ll draw lots and do our gift exchange. As your lot is called, you can steal another gift or choose a new gift. Once all the gifts have been selected, we’ll share the significance of each gift by reading the note accompanying it. Then we’ll release our circle. After the ritual, we’ll enjoy tea and a sweet snack, enjoying the friendships and community that we’ve built during this special time of year.

We’re turning 2!

Come celebrate Temple of the Rebel Goddess’ second birthday on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 7pm.

We have spent the last two years reveling and refining at the feet of the Goddess through the workshops, classes, gatherings, and honoring of not only the Divine Feminine, but the Divine Masculine as well. We are humbled and downright grateful for the sweet souls that have held and supported us as we reach this milestone birthday and it really could not have happened without YOU!

What to expect:

We open with casual conversations and soft celebrations during our receiving hour.

We’ll transition into the beloved tradition of open mic! Got a poem, story, spoken word, or song you wanna perform? We'll hoot and holler and clap up a storm! (Be sure to shout out the original artist if it’s not yours!)

Next, we’ll settle in for an immersive experience that is sure to astonish and delight. For the very first time, the Temple will host Dialogue with the Divine!

*What’s that you ask? You’ll engage in conversations with an ensemble of Divine archetypes, a troupe of sacred characters played by some of our beloved community members. Imagine Disneyland, but for the Gods and Goddesses.

You’ll approach the feet of the Divine, and make an offering in exchange for the opportunity to ask the question that has been sitting on your heart! Want a sharp-witted and no-frills perspective on a disagreement you’ve had? Ask the embodiment of Odin, the one-eyed Norse God who is the father of all, presiding over war and death. Want to seek the wild wisdom of a Crone to guide your way? The embodiment of Baba Yaga, a tough-as-nails truth speaker has got your back! We will have over half a dozen archetypes for you to interact with, including Lilith, Freya, Morrigan, Hekate, Hermes, and more!

We firmly believe that you should never approach the Divine empty-handed, especially when you have a request, so please bring a few small (and natural) offerings for the divine, like a flower, coins, rocks, or a poem. We will also have a table of items to choose from to offer, in case you didn’t bring anything from home. You will offer your items, ask your question, and receive your answer, with as many deities as you like.

Tell me, what answers do the Old God/dess’ have in store for you?

We’ll end the night moving our bodies (and probably drumming and hooting and hollering) in celebration of our second solar milestone!

During the in-between times we’ll have a 50/50 Raffle (you get half of the pot total and the Temple gets half) AND a Golden Ticket Raffle for a handmade drum and mallet, so bring those dolla-dolla bills y’all! (Cash and card accepted)

This event is Shared Spirits (think BYOB but sharing, ‘cause it’s caring ;) coffee, water, and snacks are provided.

There is no cost to attend this event but you must pre-register as space is limited.

All donations for this event go directly to the operating costs of the Temple so our programming can continue to evolve to fit the needs of the people drawn to our medicine!

Oracle - n. a priest or priestess acting as a medium through whom advice or prophecy was sought from the gods in classical antiquity.

Have you ever desired to get a clear answer to an important question? Have you ever wished the spirits or gods would speak to you in an audible voice?

Experience what our ancestors understood: the power of receiving an answer directly from the spirits and gods through a human oracle. In this ritual, our apprentices take the seat for the first time.

In this ritual, facilitated by Julian and the Oracular Trance Apprentices, we will offer our work to the three Norns, as inspired by Dana Paxton’s work. In Norse mythology, the Norns sat by the world tree's roots, spinning and weaving the fates of gods and humans. Three of our apprentices will act as seers, answering all questions from the participants as a group. This will allow you to receive a fuller, more in-depth answer to your questions. This is the first ritual in which the apprentices will be serving as the seers. Please consider coming to support them as they begin serving the community as oracles.

What makes a good question for an Oracle?

First and foremost, ask a question that you care about. The intention behind the question gives it an energy that attracts those spirits who can best answer it. Asking a question for the sake of asking often lacks the energy of desire necessary to receive a good answer. Try to ask open-ended questions rather than simple yes/no questions. Some examples of good questions are:

What is my truth today?

What do I most need to know about _____?

What’s a different perspective on _____ ?

What am I not seeing in _____________?

Doors will be locked before and during the ritual to ensure the sanctity of the space. Please make sure to arrive on time. Doors will be unlocked for entry from 7 p.m.-7:15 pm.

In order to increase access, we have made this offering a donation-based gathering.

TTT’s Women’s Healing Conference is an safe space for real, raw, vulnerable, and diverse conversations, activations, and revelations. This conference will be an important step in the journey towards healing, normalizing mental wellness, and empowerment for women in our community, both personally and professionally. Featuring speakers, small group sessions, rejuvenation stations, and vendors who provide expertise in various healing modalities, women will be encouraged to give themselves permission to prioritize choosing themselves. There are 8 hours of incredible programming to soak up and connect with!
