Christopher Sove (He/Him)
For 25 years, Christopher has explored the depths of the mind and structure of reality through meditation and other spiritual practices. He approaches these topics with the polarity of skeptic and seeker, obsessed with "what works" but exploring the universe of human experience with reckless abandon. He is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and has taught over 400 public yoga classes.
In his younger years, Christopher lived in an ashram and explored a wide variety of spiritual traditions, finally discovering that Truth is never found externally.
His forthcoming book, Step into Bliss, is based on the radical premise that we are already whole, healed, and complete already and only need to recognize and step into that reality.

Monica Schultz
In her early adulthood, Monica stumbled into martial arts and after a decade or more found Qigong and fell in love. She has studied extensively in the USA and abroad with multiple masters who have taught her not only the martial aspects of the practice, but also the medical, the mental, and the spiritual aspects as well.
She is certified to teach by four separate masters, and currently teaches around the Dayton community in the local parks. But Monica's love of Qigong is just one way she in-bodies her love of Nature, specifically as it relates to health and well-being. While her career has spanned the entire Western healthcare system (from insurance and pharmaceuticals to nutrition and skin care, and from private doctor's offices to large hospital systems), her interests have given her extensive experience in and with natural and alternative health options (including the Blue Zones, Ayurveda, chronobiology, cryotherapy, and more).
She dreams of creating a service to help anyone looking for well-being find their Way through the maze of both Western healthcare and more natural and traditional health options.

Stephanie Layne (She/Her)
Stephanie Layne is a trained Herbalist, Farmer, and Owner of Thistle Bee Tea Co.
With over 15 years of experience working with herbs, I handcraft the highest quality herbal products from Ohio-grown and responsibly sourced herbs. Many of the herbs I offer are grown on my own farm right outside of Yellow Springs, Ohio!
My journey with plants began at a young age with my grandmothers. It is thanks to them that I have a love of herbs and Folk Medicine. However, it was a brush with Thyroid Cancer that really made me delve into the study of herbalism and the practice has changed my life for the better.
Our culture has become highly dependent on pre-packaged, processed foods and chemical-ridden personal care products. Because of this dependency, it is easy to overlook that we are being overfed, undernourished, and inadvertently making ourselves sick. It was with this in mind, that I decided to start a business to provide my community with health-supporting herbal products and share the information I've learned to help others on their journey to vitality.
The Thistle Bee Tea Philosophy is simple -- Become a supportive and informative beacon to help guide others on their journey to wholeness and Nature. Through quality handmade products, knowledge sharing, and facilitating a connection to the earth, Thistle Bee Tea Co. will aid the community in standing united in our differences to make changes for the better as a whole.

Katie Grace (She/Her)
Katie Grace is a scavenger, creatrix, & wild woman… but she didn’t always know her own magick.
After years of struggling with body dysmorphia & anorexia, she learned to find healing through the practice of yoga & meditation. Within this practice, she discovered not only was she enough, but that she held a magick that would weave its way into circle work, ritual, & craft.
As the artist behind Candle & Crow, Katie Grace works deeply within the wheel of the year, honoring all from the bare bones of winter to the fallen feathers of summer. Her devotion & respect for Gaia has led her to honor the process of life & death, weaving both elements into her wild-scavenged creations. It is her intention through this work to not only honor Gaia & her cycles but to reconnect those who seek magick with their wild roots.
Katie Grace is a certified yoga instructor, a mother of two wild ones, & an incredibly challenging wife who wouldn’t have it any other way. You can find her work at https://www.etsy.com/shop/CandleAndCrowMagick & follow her on Instagram at ṭһє ɞȏṅє ẇıṭċһ's (@candle.and.crow) profile on Instagram
